David Marcusse practices as Marcusse Law Firm from an old Victorian property in Observatory, Cape Town.
His practice is aimed at commercial matters and the range of services he offers extend from giving legal advice regarding business or other commercial transactions, drawing up (in plain language) commercial agreements and documents, company documents (Memoranda of Incorporation, shareholders agreements, resolutions, company notices, etc), property related agreements (deeds of sale, leases, etc) and many more.
David studied at Stellenbosch and Cape Town universities (BComm Llb, Post Grad Tax Diploma & Llm) and worked for several financial services corporations for 10 years after qualifying as an attorney (Old Mutual, BOE & Alexander Forbes) before starting his own practice in 2000.
